LAYAWAY POLICY We at Donley's recognize some customers have a need or desire to make purchases by layway. Our layaway policy requires a 20% down payment and a $10.00, non-refundable service charge. The customer must make weekly payments of $20.00. If the weekly payments are not received, or if the customer decides that they no longer want the layway item, all funds received towards the purchase will be refunded, less the $10.00 service charge.
